By downloading, installing, or using Signal News Intelligence ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use Signal.
Signal News Intelligence ("Signal") is a news intelligence app that fetches publicly available news articles from RSS feeds, clusters related stories using on-device natural language processing, and enriches them with AI-generated summaries, headlines, and analysis. Signal is a news aggregator and analysis tool — it is not a news publisher.
Signal uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, headlines, analysis, perspectives, timelines, and other text content. This AI-generated content:
You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided "as is" and that you use it at your own discretion and risk.
Signal aggregates content from third-party RSS feeds. We do not create, edit, verify, or endorse any news content from these sources. The accuracy, completeness, and reliability of source articles is the responsibility of their respective publishers.
Article headlines, snippets, and metadata are fetched from publicly available RSS feeds in accordance with standard web protocols. Full article content is accessed via the original publisher's website through the in-app reader or external browser.
Signal allows you to share AI-generated story cards as images. Shared content includes AI-generated text and carries a disclaimer noting that the summary is AI-generated. You are responsible for how you use and distribute shared content. Do not present AI-generated summaries as factual reporting or attribute them to the original news sources.
Signal offers an optional integration with Anthropic's Claude API. To use this feature:
We do not provide API keys, share API access, or act as an intermediary for Anthropic's services.
Signal includes a downloadable AI model (Signal LM) that is provided for use solely within the App. You may not extract, copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the model file. The model is licensed, not sold, and remains the property of Tiny Things. We reserve the right to update or replace the model at any time.
Signal supports Sign in with Apple for cross-device sync via iCloud. By signing in, you agree to Apple's terms governing Sign in with Apple and iCloud services. We do not manage user accounts — authentication and sync are handled entirely by Apple's infrastructure.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Signal for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
Signal News Intelligence, including its design, code, user interface, and AI models, is the property of Tiny Things. News content belongs to its respective publishers. AI-generated text is produced by Apple Intelligence, Signal LM, or Anthropic's Claude and is subject to their respective terms regarding generated content.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TINY THINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
You may stop using Signal at any time by deleting the App. Since we don't maintain user accounts, there is nothing to cancel or close. Deleting the App removes all local data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Since we don't collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly — please check this page periodically.
Before pursuing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at support@tinythings.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tiny Things regarding your use of Signal.
